Therapy for Men & Relationships in California

Better communication, stronger relationships, and a way out of recurring patterns

Telehealth sessions available throughout California

I'm a California-licensed therapist based in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in men's relationships, intimacy, attachment, vulnerability, and recurring relationship patterns.

The men I work with often describe a constant pressure to be "doing okay," while privately feeling overwhelmed, numb, resentful, or unsure how to move forward. You may struggle to communicate what you're feeling, find yourself shutting down or becoming defensive during conflict, or feel unsure how to repair things when conversations go wrong. Over time, these patterns can leave you feeling stuck, misunderstood, or distant from the people who matter most to you.

My goal is to create a space where that pressure can ease, and where difficult emotions and conversations feel easier to navigate. This work often centers on helping individuals and couples navigate relationship conflict, emotional disconnection, loneliness, difficulty understanding or expressing emotions, mixed neurotype relationships, complex caregiving, and major life transitions. Together, we'll make sense of the experiences shaping your world with curiosity, rediscover forgotten parts of yourself, explore new perspectives, build practical skills, and make room for creativity, humor, and the type of clarity that allows genuine change to take root.

I also provide career and executive functioning coaching to those seeking support with planning, prioritization, organization, and follow-through across work, home, and everyday life.

In both therapy and coaching, I bring a deep respect for culture, identity, and belonging to my work, shaped in part by my own experience as a first-generation Arab American. All of who you are - your history, culture, religion, values, strengths, and goals - is welcome here. If you're looking for a space to better understand yourself and the patterns shaping your life, relationships, and work, I welcome the opportunity to connect.

Therapeutic Services

Clients often tell me that one of the most meaningful parts of our work is making sense of experiences that once felt confusing or difficult to put into words. Through a nonjudgmental and collaborative process, we build on insights with curiosity and creativity, making what once felt unreachable within your grasp. I strive to balance warmth and compassion with structure and practicality by taking a relational, attachment-based approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based frameworks including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dynamic Emotion Focused Therapy (DEFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TEAM-CBT). I bring advanced training in mediation and conflict resolution, informing my work with individuals and couples navigating communication challenges, mixed neurotype relationships, workplace conflict, family estrangement, and other complex interpersonal dynamics.

My approach to coaching is strengths-based and goal-oriented, drawing on solution-focused methods and practical strategies tailored to your responsibilities and goals. I bring more than a decade of leadership, workforce development, and career coaching experience to this work.
